These terms apply to your use of the Bedhead app, published by CrimsonIO. By downloading or using Bedhead, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the app.
What Bedhead is
Bedhead is a tool for viewing sleep that Apple Health has already recorded, and for seeing simple, forward-looking information like a suggested bedtime. It reflects your data back to you. It does not coach, diagnose, or score.
Not medical advice
Bedhead is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Its readings, averages, and suggestions are for general information only and may be incomplete or inaccurate, since they depend on data recorded by your devices. Do not rely on Bedhead to diagnose, treat, or make decisions about any health condition. If you have concerns about your sleep or health, speak with a qualified professional.
Subscriptions
Some features (the Trends tab) require a premium subscription. Subscriptions are sold and billed through your Apple App Store account as auto-renewing purchases. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel any time in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Purchases made through the App Store are also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.
Acceptable use
Please use Bedhead only as intended and as permitted by law. Don't attempt to disrupt the app, reverse-engineer it except where that right can't be excluded by law, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
Intellectual property
Bedhead, its name, design, and content are owned by CrimsonIO and protected by applicable law. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
No warranty; limitation of liability
Bedhead is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent the law allows, CrimsonIO is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
